HELD is our monthly support group for navigating pregnancy and infant loss. A quiet evening together —  a room where you don't have to explain.

WHEN WE MEET

Once a month,
together, in person.

Held by Jesus gathers monthly in person. Each evening is the same shape: a quiet opening, time to share if anyone wants to, time to listen if they don't, and a soft close. Usually light refreshments are provided and all resources are covered by The Sunny Side Foundation.

Held isn't therapy. It's not a curriculum. It's a soft place to land with people who understand.

What is HELD?

Held is a monthly gathering for families who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, rooted in the belief that even in grief, you are held by Jesus. It's a quiet evening together — no agenda, no curriculum, no pressure to share. Just space to be with others who understand.

Who is HELD for?

Anyone navigating the loss of a pregnancy or baby is welcome — whether your loss was recent or years ago, whether you come alone or with a partner or someone you love.

Do I have to talk?

Not at all. You can come, sit, and simply be present. There's no expectation to share your story.

What should I expect?

A small, intimate gathering in a warm space. Warm drinks, soft conversation, and people who get it. We keep things simple on purpose.

Where is HELD?

We'll send you the venue address when you RSVP — it's in the Omaha/Elkhorn area. [Update with specific location once confirmed.]

Is there a cost?

No. Held is free.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes — a partner, a friend, a family member. Just let us know in your RSVP so we have enough seats.

I'm not sure I'm ready. Should I still come?

Yes. There's no right time. Come whenever feels right — even if you're not sure.

Is HELD a faith-based gathering?

Yes — Held is rooted in the belief that you are seen, known, and held by Jesus, even in the deepest grief. We don't ask you to have it all figured out. You're welcome exactly where you are.

Do I have to be a Christian to come?

You don't have to be anything. If you're curious, hurting, or somewhere in between, there's a seat for you. We simply want you to know the heart behind what we do.
